Does blended family shopping make you crazy?

What do I know about blended family shopping? As a mom of three children, stepmother to two children, a wife with two sets of in-laws, a daughter with two sets of parents, not to mention aunts/uncles, grandparents and coworkers. I am constantly shopping for unique gifts.
